Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.

🐺 Pre-Order Items
Some items are pre-order and will ship once they arrive to us. Estimated arrival times will always be listed in the product description (typically 2–4 weeks).

📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered, Howlin’ Willow Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
