⏱ Return Window

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Free of cigarette smoke

  • Free of perfume

  • Free of odors

  • Free of pet hair

  • Free of stains

  • Free of damage

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

ALL ITEMS ARE PHOTOGRAPHED WITH A TIME STAMP PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE QUALITY AND CONDITION.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Howlin' Willow Boutique will cover the shipping cost of the FIRST replacement order

  • You must ship the original item back within 14 days of receiving it

  • Once we receive your return, your new item will be sent out

💸 Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and will be processed as your choice of:

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to original payment method

The return process will begin once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed after it is received.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Non-compliant items will NOT be returned to the customer.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

You MUST contact Howlin’ Willow Boutique before sending any item back.

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
